Early Life: Janet was born July 17, 1930, to Henry Butt Street and Pearl Hannah Wilkin Street in Alpine, Utah.
Life's Work/Service/Interests: On April 29, 1947, she married George Clift Heaps in the Provo City Courthouse; they were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple in 1952. She was a stay-at-home mom, but also worked for a time as a matron at the Utah State Training School in American Fork, Utah. A member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Janet served a part-time service mission in the Provo Tabernacle with her husband, Clift. Pearl Janet Street Heaps passed away August 3, 2017, surrounded by her family. She was 87.
Survived By: Two sons: Rex (Gayle) Heaps, David (Krista) Heaps; daughter, JaNae (Brian) Carter; 17 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; two sisters: Mary Erickson and Martha Keetch; two sisters-in-law: Julia Devey and Merlyn Heaps; and one brother-in-law; Douglas Erickson.
Preceded In Death By: Her parents, her husband, sons: Randy and Ronald Lynn Heaps; two brothers and one sister.
