Bishop Scott Gordon of the Redding Sixth Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will officiate.
Mr. Rhodes died Monday, Nov. 8, 1999, at his residence.
Born June 29, 1929, in Arcata, he moved to Shasta County in 1997 from Arcata.
He was co-owner of Arcata Concrete Products, a World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Army Air Corps and a member of the American Legion in Arcata.
Survivors include wife Joyce; daughter Cathy George of Redding; and one grandchild.
