In the year of our Lord 1927, on the 19th day of April, Thomas Cobb, a married man and father, at his home near Edgerton, MO, age about 65 years, in the Communion of Holy Mother the Church, returned his soul to God. His body was buried on the 21st day of the same month in the cemetery which is next to the public school, called number six, in Buchanan County near the Platte River. He was buried in the Christian manner, after a sung Mass in this church, St. Ann's, at Plattsburg, MO.
