Edward Luis Vigil, 85, passed away on July 25, 2017 in Midvale.
He was born October 13, 1931 in Alamosa, Colorado to Thomas and Adelina Vigil.
Eddie married Stephania Van de Sluis and together they had two sons, Tom and Ron.
He retired from Kennecott Copper. Eddie enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Survived by his sons; grandson, Adrian; and sister, Cecilia Pollock. Preceded in death by his parents, wife, and siblings.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 31, 2017 in St. Therese Catholic Church, 624 West Lennox Street (7870 South), Midvale. A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 30, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Goff Mortuary, 8090 South State Street (100 East), Midvale.
Interment: Midvale City Cemetery.
