Predeceased by parents, Howard & Evelyn VanDuyneTom grew up in Far Hills, New Jersey, and lived in Pottersville for many years, then moved to Flemington about 2014. He graduated from Bernards High School in Bernardsville.

Tom worked as a horse groomer and trainer for 20 years. He also worked as a carpet installer.

Tom loved fishing and spending time with his family. He belonged to the Moose Lodge #816 in Hackettstown.

He died at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, New Jersey. He is survived by his daughter and son, along with their spouses. He is also survived by his three sisters and their families.

Tom was buried at Fairmount Cemetery in Tewkskbury Township on Saturday, July 22, 2017.
