Edward Abbet, 64, formerly of Two Rivers, died Wednesday, January 5,
at a Veterans Hospital, Des Plaines, Ill.
Funeral services were held Friday, January 7, at Des Plaines, Ill.
Edward Abbet was born Nov. 4, 1918, in the Town of Two creeks son
of the late Edward and Mary Mathiesen Abbet. He was educated in the
rural schools of Two Creeks and Twin Elder. He later moved to Two
Rivers with his parents. Mr. Abbet was a Veteran of World War II,
being wounded in the Philippine islands. After service he located
at Des Plaines, Ill., where he married Lizette Headland of Des
Plaines.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a twin brother Earl.
