BORGER - Willie Mae Payne, 91, died Friday, July 21, 2000.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in the Garden of Good Shepard with the Rev. Jerry Moon officiating. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Payne was born in Sherman and moved to Borger in 1947 from Shamrock. She retired from Coles Cleaners as a clothes presser. A member of First United Pentecostal Church, she taught Sunday school and was involved with Vacation Bible School.

Her husband, Hubert L. Payne, died in 1981.

Survivors include two sons, Douglas Roy Mitchell of Borger and Silas Allen Mitchell of Mesquite; a stepdaughter, Lois Harris of Canton; a brother, Delbert Calhoun of Sherman; two sisters, Ruth Dobson and Bertha Ann Dawner, both of Bonham; and six grandchildren.
