SHELTON - Mary Dubbs Bott, 68, died Wednesday morning in a Kearney hospital. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Shelton United Methodist Church with the Rev. Alvin Trucano officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery in Grand Island. Visitation will be...at Amos Funeral Home in Shelton.

She was born July 11, 1906, in Shelton to Marion and Alma Mosser Dubbs. She graduated from Shelton High School in 1924 and attended Kearney State College. She was a member of the Rebecca Lodge and Legion Auxiliary in Shelton. She married Louie Bott March 2, 1942, at Grand Island.

Survivors include seven sisters, Mrs. Meba Hartman of Salinas, Kan., Mrs. Evelyn Smith of Grand Island, Mrs. Luetta Codner of Wood River, Mrs. Vera Hanousek of Shelton, Mrs. Vivian Pope of Gibbon, Mrs. Wanda Wicht of Gibbon and Mrs. Charlotte Schroeder of Grand Island; two brothers, Benton Dubbs of Gibbon and Charles Dubbs of Loup City; one stepson, Jessie Evison of North Platte and one step-daughter, Mrs. Rowena Gilcrest of California. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
