Mrs. Alley was born Nov. 8, 1909, in Buckston (ie Buxton), Ore., to parents Edger and Lola (Blum) Hannan. She married Robert F. Alley on Jan. 2, 1930, in Eugene. They moved to Culver in 1951. She was a homemaker and a member of the Culver Garden Club, Morrow Bay Eagles, and former member of the Lady Elks.
Her special interests included gardening, traveling, camping, fishing, painting and ceramics.
Survivors include her sons, Ron and Jack Alley, both of Culver, seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Alley in October 1971, her parents, and two sisters.
Funeral services were held April 19, at Bel-Air Colonial Chapel in Madras, and burial was at Mt. Jefferson Memorial Park. Memorial contributions have been suggested to the Jefferson County Senior Center. Arrangements were under the direction of Bel-Air Colonial Funeral Home.
