William T. McKinney, 65, of 810 E. Nebraska, a member of Laborers Local Union 165 longer than any other living member, died Sunday in St. Francis Hospital.

Born in Green County, Ky., Feb. 16, 1910, he was a son of Charles L. and Lilly Mae Beard McKinney. He married Carrie E. Kidd at Greensburg, Ky., Dec. 31, 1933.

Surviving are his wife; one son, Dalton C. of Peoria; one daughter, Mrs. Charles (Nelda) Doughty of Jefferson City, Tenn.; one stepson, Joseph G. Kidd Sr. of Louisville, Ky., four sisters, Mrs. Henry England of Shelbyville, Mo., Mrs. Ruth Myers of Louisville, Ky., Mrs. Roy Russell of Peoria and Mrs. Raymond Judd of Bloomington; and two brothers, Lincoln A. of Louisville, Ky., and Orval of Horse Cave, Ky.

Mr. McKinney was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
