Jesse J. Austin, Sr., age 87, passed away July 2, 2017. He was the son of the late Samuel C. and Elizabeth Cameron Austin and the husband of Dorothy Wilson Austin, of the home. He is also survived by one daughter, Marie A. Williford and one sister, Marie Hayes, both of Chester; 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by, one son, Jesse J. Austin, Jr., brothers, Robert, Odell, Sam (Butler), Amzi and Wallace Austin; sisters, Janie Austin and Annie Austin.
