                RAY O. STIVERS
    Roy O. Stivers, 60, died at his home, 69 Moyallen street, last night at 6:30 when stricken with a heart attack shortly after he had returned home after completing his day's work. Dr. Robert L. Stricker, deputy coroner, investigated.
    Mr. Stivers was born at Steinersville, Pa., the son of late Mr. and Mrs. Horace J. Stivers, residents of Ashley for many years. He was a well known plumber, having worked at that trade for 45 years. He learned his trade with Charles Vincent and when the latter discontinued business entered employe of Al Weinberg.
    Surviving are his wife, Myrtle; one son, Manuel; three grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Myers, West Pittston; Mrs. Irene Eberling and Mrs. Hazel Morris, both of Lee Park; also one brother, Harry Stivers, of Wilkes-Barre.
    The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 1:30 from the home with Rev. Byron Jones, of the Church of the Lighted Cross, Parish street, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Shrine cemetery.
