F. N. Cushman Dies In Tehama Hospital
Frederick N. Cushman member of a pioneer Newville family, died last night in the Sisters hospital in Red Bluff. He had been sick the last four months. Funeral services are to be held in the Sweet funeral chapel on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, followed by burial in the Newville cemetery.
Mr. Cushman was born at Newville on July 17, 1864, and made his home in that section all his life. He is survived by three children, Irma DeArmond of Berkeley, Hetty Thompson of Chico, and Brewster Cushman of Newville. There is also a brother, J. C. Cushman of Newville. - Transcribed by E.
