NORTH LOGAN, Utah John Weldon Harsh passed away peacefully on May, 7, 2001.

Born Feb. 19, 1938 in Logan, Utah to John W. Harsh and Diddy Louella Smith Harsh.

He graduated from Logan High. He worked for Wurlitzer factory and was retired from Utah State University at the time of death.

Jon fought a battle with diabetes all his life, but learned at a young age to deal with it. He loved the outdoors and fishing, his guitars, music and his trains. He was always helping with young children when needed. He had many friends, nieces and nephews who will miss him.

Your sister and brother will miss you.

He is survived by one sister, Nadine Adams of Providence, Utah; one brother, Kenneth Deloy Harsh of Evanston, Wyo., one brother-in-law, Doyle Adams of Logan, Utah; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, John Harsh; mother, Diddy Harsh; sister, Verna Sinclair; brother-in-law, Jay Sinclair.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2001 at Logan City Cemetery under direction of Allen-Hall Mortuary.
