Alice (Scaia) Noce, 85, of New Port Richey, FL, passed away Tuesday in Florida. She was born and lived in Solvay for many years before moving to Florida. Alice was a salesperson at W.T. Grant Department Store in Syracuse . She was past communicant of St. Cecilia's Church and member of its Altar and Rosary Society and Charismatic Group. She was predeceased by her husband, John P. Noce in 2003.
Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Terry and Eugene Frank, of Camillus, 3 sons and daughters-in-law; Phillip A. and Regina Noce, of Maryland, John E. and Clare Noce, of Akron, NY and Ronald H. and Deborah Noce, of S. Carolina; one sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Jack Knox, of Michigan; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 8:15 a.m. Saturday in BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME and 9 a.m. in St. Cecilia's Church, where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated. Private burial will be in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours are from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, 2601 Milton Ave.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hernando Pasco Hospice, 12107 Majestic Blvd., Hudson, FL 34667-2460 or St. Cecilia's Food Pantry, 1001 Woods Rd., Solvay, NY 13209.
