Mrs. DeGregory was born Jan. 18, 1926, in Butler County to Braden E. and F. Ethel Stevenson Barnes.
Her husband, Michael D. DeGregory, whom she married March 21, 1946, passed away Feb. 19, 2003.
A homemaker, Mrs. DeGregory was a member of Wayside Community Church. She taught Sunday school for several years at Grove City Alliance Church and also served as secretary and president of the Women's Missionary Fellowship of the church.
She took several Bible correspondent courses from Nyack (N.Y.) Missionary College, and she enjoyed Bible study, knitting, cake decorating, and traveling.
Mrs. DeGregory is survived by: two daughters, Sharyn DeGregory, Pearl River, N.Y.; and Carolyn DeGregory, Grove City; two sons, David, Pearl River, and Larry, Portland, Ore.; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. DeGregory was preceded in death by two daughters, Joyce DeGregory and Sherry McPeak; five sisters, Thelma Noble, Hazel Stiles, Mildred Moon, Dorothy Lyons and Ruby Bodien; and two brothers, Harry and Arthur Barnes.
