Mack M. Mills, was born in Fort Pierce, Florida on September 17, 1941. He was the son of the late Jesse and Pinkie Mills. He attended Lincoln Park Academy in St. Lucie County. Mack attended Fordham University in New York, NY earning a Master of Social Work Degree. Mack received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Air Force. Wanting to be re-united with his family roots, he relocated to Fort Pierce, FL in 2004.

From 2004-2016, Mack was employed at Restoration House Ministries as a Clinical Director/Counselor. As a counselor he changed many lives and was highly respected by his clients. He was often praised for his ability to get clients to look at their lives and told them if they believed in themselves, they would do well.

Mack was a devoted husband, caring father, brother, uncle and friend to all who knew him well. He was very knowledgeable and humble. If you asked him a question he would give you a very detailed answer. He was a walking history book and always stayed abreast of the world around him. He was an outdoor person always observing nature and wild-life around him. He loved to fish and bowl (He was very competitive and always wanted to win). The Jetty was his second home.

Mack accepted Jesus in his life and was baptized at Aenon Baptist Church in NJ. He departed this life on 5/21/2017.

He was preceded in death by his devoted wife Sarah Smith-Mills, his parents, Jesse and Pinkie Mills, sister Mareya Y. Schneider, brothers, Jesse A. Mills, Jr., Richard A. Mills, and Donald E. Mills, Sr.

Those left to cherish his memories are: daughters, Jeanette Napoli (Adam), Minouche Jean, sons, Corey Mills all of Port St. Lucie FL, Brian Mills of GA; sisters, Carrie Ross, Pinkie Miller, Frances Watson and Shirley Adderly (Bill) all of Fort Pierce, FL; brothers, Walter Mills (Connie), Raymond Mills of CA and Kenneth Mills (Donna) of Port St. Lucie, Aunt, Jessie Bell Ford. Mr. Mack Mills will be missed by A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life services for Mr. Mack Mills, will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 2:00 PM at 13TH Street Church of God "Greater Faith", Fort Pierce, Florida. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Park. A Public Visitation will be held on this Friday, May 26, 2017 from 4-7 PM at Stone Brothers - Fort Pierce.
