Mrs. Rosalee Crips, age 75 years, widow of W. S. Crips, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. H. N. Jeffery, in Chicago, Thursday morning at 10 o'clock after a short illness, according to word received here.
For many years, Mrs. Crips was a resident of Mansfield, moving to Chicago a few years ago where she has since resided. She was a member of the Central Methodist Episcopal church here.
Surviving are one son, B. W. Crips, of Ottumwa, Iowa; two daughters, mrs. H. N. Jeffrey, of Chicago and Mrs. harry V. Hennes, Stewart Ave., this city; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The body will arrive in Mansfield on the Manhattan limited this evening, and will be taken to the Fnefrock Funeral Home where services are to be conducted Saturday. Burial will be made in Mansfield Cemetery.
