Marshalltown, Iowa, March 2 -- Mrs. Minnie Clemens, formerly of Eldora, but now a domestic in a prominent family here, has filed a petition for divorce from her husband, Melvin Clemens, who is serving a twenty years sentence in Anamosa penitentiary for the murder of a man names Burghduff at Union about six years ago.
