Mrs. Spaw, age 86, of Route 1, Bethelridge, died Friday, February 22, at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.
She was born in the Kidder community on March 13, 1904, daughter of the late Terrell and Amanda Elizabeth Cassidy Thompson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Carter Ridge Baptist Church.
She lived her life showing her family and others how to live and how to love and now showing all of us how to die with dignity. All the while living with God's amazing grace.
Funeral services will be held Monday, February 25, at 10:00 a.m. at Carter Ridge Baptist Church with the Rev. Richard Owens officiating.
Burial will be in the Carter Ridge Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 5:00 p.m. Sunday at Pulaski Funeral Home.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Carter Ridge Baptist Church Building Fund.
