Born Oct. 6, 1929, in Gaston County, she was a daughter of Jud Lee Brown and Nell Heavner Brown Houser.
She was a member of First Baptist Church.
She was owner of Louises Beauty Shop in Cherryville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Louis Eaker.
Burial followed in City Memorial Cemetery.
