Funeral services for Cornelius William Sullivan, who died at home in Chicago, Illinois, were held this morning at St. Gabriel's Church, Chicago.

Prayer services will be held in the Herson Funeral Home of Friday. Interment will be in the family plot in Calvary Cemetery, Ithaca.

Mr. Sullivan was a supervisor at the Chicago Stock Yards and president of a local union in Chicago.

He is survived by his wife, the former Madeline Lanigan, who was from Cortland; his father, James Sullivan, Ithaca; a brother, Francis Sullivan, Ithaca; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Ellen Baer, Sacramento, Calif., Mrs. Margaret Staats, Camden, New Jersey and Mrs. Clementine Noce, Rochester; nieces and nephews.
