Mrs. Leo (Ocie Pauline) Wood, 69, died Thursday at Seminole Municipal Hospital. Services will be at 10am Monday in First Assembly of God Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Eugene H. Hassler, church pastor, assisted by a former pastor, the Rev. W.D. Rice.

Burial will be in Little Cemetery.

Born May 15, 1902, in Clark County, Illinois, the daughter of William Wallace Shanks and Henrietta Temple Shanks. Mrs. Wood had been a longtime Seminole resident. She was an active member in First Assembly of God Church.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Bill (Gladys) Scott and Mrs,. Curtis (Mary) Ward; one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Herman Wood; two brothers, Homer and Lester Shanks; one sister, Mrs. Wealthy Bowman; 10 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
