Funeral services for Ms. Lois Webb, 76, of Smithville, were held Sunday, August 20, 2000 at 4 p.m. at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Bro. Donnie Kelly and Bro. C.L. Sifford officiated with burial following in Whorton Springs
Cemetery.

Ms. Webb died Friday morning, August 18, 2000 at NHC HealthCare Center in Smithville of an extended illness.

She was a retired merchant and a member of the Smithville Church of God.

Ms. Webb was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene "Spider" Webb and her parents, Silas and Mattie Moore Lefever.

Survivors of Ms. Webb include: son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie and Brenda Webb of Hendersonville; three sisters, Fern Webb and Dora Kay Vanderpool of Smithville and Peggy Kutz of California; and
two grandchildren.

Pallbearers for Ms. Webb were Kent Smithson, Dale Staley, Billy White, Jerry Tramel, Danny Parsely, Van Mathis, Jerry McCormick, and George Lefevre.

DeKalb Funeral Chapel in Smithville was in charge of the arrangements.
