He is preceded in death by his father Roy Allen Adkisson, and his mother Etta Board-Adkisson, both of Anthony, Kansas, and his daughter Anna Saladin of New Chicago, Indiana.
Don "Pops" was a retired Local #150 Operating engineer and a member of the Winter Haven Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by four sons. Gary Prangley of Round Up, Montana, Terry Prangley of Big Fork, Montana, Max Cunningham of Fresno, California, and Rick Adkisson of Winter Haven, Florida, thirteen grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren.
