Aislinn was born in Bossier Hospital on May 18, 1981, and lost her battle with cancer on May 2, 2017. Aislinn was born and raised in Bossier City. After graduating from Bossier High School she continued her education and received a Master’s Degree in computer science.
She is survived by her mother, Jolene Engi; step-father, Charlie Cocherell; and brother, Justin Engi. Waiting in Heaven for Aislinn is her father, Ronald Carter.
Aislinn’s greatest thrill was going to Harry Potter Resort in Orlando, FL, with her mother in 2016. Daisy, her favorite dog just had puppies and she was so excited about watching them grow. She loved dogs.
