Jane Liddicoat (Parents Silas Liddicoat and Martha Grigg) was born in 1827 in St. Columb Minor, Cornwall, England. Jane married John Brewer on June 11, 1848 at St. Columb Minor, Cornwall, England. They came to America arriving in Mineral Point on the 4th day of October 1851 and commenced farming in the neighborhood of Laxy in the town of Linden. Later they farmed in the Willow Grove area near Linden, Wisconsin. From this union was born 11 children She died September 28, 1866 at the Brewer Farm at Willow Grove near Linden, Wisconsin.
