Otho Neal Hayworth, 81, passed away Sunday, April 16, 2017 in Grapevine, Texas.

Otho was born on July 29, 1935 in Austin, Texas to Jacob Right and Eula (Baker) Hayworth. He proudly served in the US Air Force in Japan. He attended Del Mar College in Corpus Christi where he was a cheerleader. He also studied at the University of Houston. Significant employers throughout his career were Dow Chemical, Texas Department of Transportation, and Brown and Root.
He was a loving father and grandfather.
Otho is survived by daughter: Allison Hayworth, and sons: Ward Hayworth and wife Ronda, Kendall Hayworth and wife Tracy. He had six grandchildren: Mackenzie Hayworth, Ashlyn Hayworth, Cooper Hayworth, David Hayworth, Fisher Hayworth, and Leighton Hayworth.
