Mars. Nickles died Wednesday morning in the St. Joseph Hospital, where she has been a patient since Oct. 19.
Born in Myteline, Greece, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Kameno.
Her husband, Socrates Nickles, died Dec. 29, 1959.
Mrs. Nickles was a member of the St. Matthew's Greek Orthodox Church.
Surviving are four daughters: Anna, wife of James Manolakelli, with whom she last resided; Minnie, wife of Stephen Mavreles, Reading; Kallie, wife of Daniel Karafel, Reiffton; and Renee, wife of George Keener, Riverview Park.
A son, Nick Nickles, Moscow, Lackawanna County; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Also a sister, Marinathy, widow of Charles Savadelis, Kearny, N.J."
