LOONEY – In this city, May 25, 1945, Daniel S. devoted husband of the late Mary Grace Looney, beloved father of Sgt. Joseph J. Looney, U.S.A., Edward Francis Looney of Albany, Calif., and Mrs. Imelda G. Lucey, loving grandfather of Jerome P., Joseph J. and the late Daniel S. Lucey and Mary B. Looney, dearly beloved brother of Sister M. P. Rupert (Presentation Sisters), Patrick S. Looney and Rev. Edward M. Looney of Livermore, Calif. A member of Holy Name Society of St. Michael's Parish and Richter-McKinnon Camp No. 2, U.S.W.V.
Funeral will be held Monday morning at 9 o'clock, from the Mortuary of Halsted & Co., 1123 Sutter St., near Polk; thence to Mt. Michael's Church (Broad Sr. and Plymouth Ave), where a requiem mass will be offered for the repose of his soul, commencing at 9:30 o'clock. Interment. Holy Cross Cemetery.
