RIECH, MELVIN EARL -- Age 48, a lifetime Portage resident, passed away Thursday, May 12, 1983 in Palmer, Alaska. He was the owner of Reich Masonry Company. He was a member of the Portage American Legion Post #260 and the Portage Moose Lodge. Survivors: 2 sons Mike and Matt Fiebelkorn of Portage; 2 sisters, Betty Reich of Portage and Janet (Irv) Fifield of Portage; 2 brothers, Eldon (Delores) of Palmer Alaska and David (Sharon) Luck of Portage; mother Evelyn Schrock. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 16, 1983 at 2 p.m., Rev. E. J. Bruton officiating. Burial McCool Cemetery, Portage. Friends are invited to call Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Olson Funeral Home, 5341 Central Avenue, Portage.
