She was born in Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late George and Evia Bowen Harris.Barbara was a member of Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church. She loved clowns and collecting anything relating to Elvis. She loved her family and always had an open door to anyone.
In addition to her parents Barbara is preceded in death by her husband Radford Baugham, three grandchildren; Adam Nichols, Jerry Tessneer, and J.C. Tessneer as well as one brother and two sisters and her son-in-law Tim Martin.
Barbara is survived by her companion, JR Cogdell of Kings Mountain, four sons; Rodger and wife Carolyn Baugham of Blacksburg, SC, Terry Baugham and wife Lisa of Shelby and Dennis Baugham and companion Chelsea of Spindale and Jerry and wife Tammy Tessneer of Lincolnton. One daughter Bobbie Martin, of Kings Mountain granddaughter, Robin Baugham as well as 15 other grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
