In his will, A. L. Lamson left their house to his wife Susan. The house and land were conveyed to the Lamsons by deed of warranty from N. B. Safford Sept. 30, 1854 and recorded in Windsor land records Vol. 22. p. 536, as long as she supported and maintained the two children they had at the time the will was written on March 15, 1855. The two children were Susan Cornelia and Edwin Leland.
