MR. CLARKSON LIVES IN MR. THOMPSON'S MEMORY

To The Houston Post:

When the Houston Post lost the companionship of the beloved Mr. A.E. Clarkson, thousands of other people in Houston and Texas suffered from his going. But the memory of his smile and his good-natured banter will remain in the minds and hearts of all who knew him far into the years to come and his good works will live after him.

His living among us strengthens one's belief in eternal life, for it is hard to believe that the Creator would let such a spirit be quenched when breath has left the body. At least we know that he will live a long time in the memory of his fellow men.
