MRS. ANN REQUA KETCHUM.
Mrs. Ann Requa Ketchum, a daughter of the late Elijah Requa of Tarrytown, Westchester County, died at Newark, New Jersey, on Saturday last, 12th inst, aged eighty-four years.
Mrs. Ketchum was born at Greensburg, Westchester County, and her early life was passed amid rural scenes.
She resided for many years in the city of New York, but for some period past has lived in Newark, New Jersey.
She is the mother of Mr. John B. Ketchum, of Monsey, New York, and of Miss Mary E. Ketchum, of Newark, New Jersey, who has been engaged in founding mission schools in that city for more than twenty years.
Mrs. Ketchum was a member of the Presbyterian Church for nearly seventy years, and a consistent and devout follower of Jesus Christ; and died in the hope of a glorious immortality beyond the grave.
