Loretta Scram age 80 of Howard City, passed away April 1, 2017 at Spectrum Health Kelsey Campus. She was born December 22, 1936 in Ionia, the daughter of Robert and Lavina (Hubbard) Bills. Loretta loved her family especially the great grandchildren. She enjoyed bingo, crafts, and playing Euchre. She was a member of the Howard City ladies Auxillary. Surviving are her husband of 63 years, Ronald (Sam), children Debbie (Steve) Puff of Howard City, Rachael (Dan) Remelts of Howard City, Ronda (Gerald) Cedarquist of Alaska, 7 Grandchildren, 21 Great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren One brother Roy (Arlene) Bills of Howard City, three sisters Louise Culver of Howard City, Luella Ludlow of Orleans, Lorraine (Phil) Moore of Cedar Springs, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Luella Banfill, and five brothers, Robert, Raymond, Ray, Wayne and Roger.
