MRS. MARGARET BRIGGS
A native of Bellwood residing in St. Louis, died at 11 p.m. yesterday after an extended illness. She was born on July 1, 1897, a daughter of John H. and Bessie (Estep) McGlinsey, and at Fostoria married Blair Briggs, who died in 1953. Surviving are a son, Harlan F. of St. Louis, a grandchild and five brothers and sisters, Harry C. of Juniata, John H. of State College, Mrs. Lucy Walsh of Philadelphia, Mrs. Alice Shaffer of Bellwood and Mrs. Helen Hobbs of Pittsburgh. She was a member of the E.U.B. Church, Willing Workers Bible Class and the B. of
L.F.& E., and was a former teacher in the Bellwood-Antis schools.

Services for Mrs. Margaret Briggs of St. Louis, will be held at 2:30 Thursday by the Rev. Harry B. Greer in the Russin Funeral Home, Bellwood. Interment in Logan Valley Cemetery, Bellwood. Friends will be received in the funeral home after 7 p.m. Wednesday but the body will not be viewed.
