She learned to whistle and her favorite sequence was the first four notes of Beethoven's 5th Symphony, though she tended to mash them up with other whistle notes.
Prisca was always a placid bird, and shortly after her 5th birthday was found to have an enlarged heart and liver. She died gently after about ten days of quiet decline.
