Born to James Campbell and Violet Hammer on March, 22, 1950 in the old Dee Memorial Hospital.
She was raised and educated in Ogden. She married Donald Todd and moved to Wisconsin. They later divorced. From that union were born 3 dark angels that she loved with all her soul.
She later married the love of her life, Mick Burroughs, and inherited 5 more kids, whom she loved unconditionally. Niecie and Mick were married for the better part of 34 years.
She is survived by her children; Randy (Patricia), Troy (Cindy), Andy (Tracy), Tina (Jeremy), Shane, Brett (Nikki), Kristen (Brandon), and Brandon; 26 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren with 1 great-grandson on the way; sisters; Laura, Kathy (Joe), Judy, Karla (Robert), and brother, Kevin (Jamie). She is preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother, Laurence, and 2 sisters; Delores and Marie.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Saint Jude Children's Hospital in Nieces' name.
A viewing will be held on Monday, March 20, 2017, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., Ogden, and prior to services from 10:00 to 10:40 a.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Myers Mortuary.
