She was the daughter of Asa and Mabel Waspe Brown, born in Salt Lake City, Utah November 26, 1927.
Following high school Virginia attended Brigham Young University where she studied business. There she met Ralph Marlin Price, and they were married in the Salt Lake City Temple on September 1, 1948. They established a dental practice and made their home in Menlo Park, California, where they raised five children. Ginny was a people person with a big bright smile who had a passion for genealogy, the arts, and of course her family. She was a wonderful mother who could always be found serving others, and she will be deeply missed.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband and their daughter Nancy, and son-in-law Robert Cloward.
She is survived by her son and daughters, 23 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren.
Interment at Alta Mesa Memorial Park, Palo Alto, California.
