Mildred Warren of Somerset, Kentucky, died at the Hospice of Lake Cumberland, Jean Waddle Care Center at the age of 86.
She was retired from Citizens Bank as a custodian. She was a member of Calvary Pentecostal Church.
She was survived by her daughter, Tina Logan (and Jimmy Mink); her siblings, Marcella (and Doc) Blevins, Vernie (and Delmar) Whitter, Gloria Dean (and Billy) Dick, and Lloyd Smith, all of Eubank, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Monica Logan of Somerset, Kentucky, Tyler Logan of Science Hill, Kentucky, and Becky Mink of Science Hill, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Green Smith and Bessie (Ashley) Smith; her husband, Bill Warren; and her siblings, Sue Ann Dick, Grace Trevor, Claude Smith, and Darrell Smith.
Funeral services were held on Friday, March 17, 2017 at Morris and Hislope Funeral Home with Brother Ernie Wyatt and Brother Bill Phelps officiating.
