Funeral services for Lewis Head, 67 years old, 3929 Spruce avenue, who died last night at the General Hospital, will be held at 1:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Forster funeral chapel, 918 Brooklyn avenue. Mr. Head leaves his widow, Mrs. Ruby Head, and a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Virginia Snow of the home; three sons, E. Lee Head, 3921 Spruce avenue. W. M. Head, 4008, Jackson avenue, and R. E. Head of the home; a sister, Mrs. Mary Abel, Weston, Mo., and four brothers, Bert Head and Ollen Head, both of Macomb, Ill.; Ernest Head, Sciota, Ill., and Clarence Head, LaHarpe, Ill.
