JOHNSON Bonna Faye (nee McDaniel), beloved wife of Scott K. Johnson of Mason, Ohio; sister of Gary McDaniel (Pat) of Minier, IL. Loving aunt to two nephews, Willie McDaniel of Armington, IL and Les McDaniel of Lubbock, TX and two nieces, Meghan and Claire Sabin of Des Moines, IA. Bonna died December26, 2005 from complications resulting from her five year battle with cancer. Bonna was born in Atlanta, IL and graduated from Atlanta High School. She married Scott on September 29, 1973, in Lincoln, IL. They also lived in Pekin, IL and Lafayette, IN before moving to Mason in 1987. She was involved at Mason United Methodist Church with the Senior Adult Ministry and the Vacation Bible School. Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 29 from 6:30 to 8 P.M. at the Mason United Methodist Church. Services will be held at the church on Friday, December 30 at 11 A.M. Memorials may be donated in Bonna's name to the Mason United Methodist Church, 773 Mason Montgomery Road, Mason, OH 45040. Shor ten & Ryan Funeral Home of Mason serving the family.
