Ethel Dagmar Markuson was born near Galata, Montana, December 24, 1910. She grew up there where she was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Church and attended public school.
On December 28, 1931, she was married to Homer B. Kinyon, also of Galata. Three children were born to this union.
The family lived at Galata until about a year ago when they moved to Arizona. They came to Kalispell seven months ago to make their home.
Mrs. Kinyon passed away suddenly while consulting a specialist in Minneapolis on July 10, 1945. She was 34 years of age.
She is survived by her husband Homer, and three children: Esther age 13, Clifford age 8 and Myrna age 4, all at home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Linus Morkuson of Kalispell, six sisters and two brothers: Mrs. Emmi Schroer, Browning, Mrs. Elizabeth Leighton of Galata, Montana, Mrs. Evelyn Lohr of Juneau, Alaska, Harold Markuson in Italy. Leonard Markuson of Galata, Mildred Markuson of Kalispell, Esther Markuson of Long Beach, California, Mrs. Lillian Cockrell of Galata, and other relatives.
