Doris I. Csovelak, 87, of Easton, Pa., passed away on February 23, 2017 at Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital, Bethlehem, Pa. Born on June 23, 1929 in Stewartsville, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Lydia Smith Gibbs. She worked at Ingersoll-Rand in Phillipsburg as a supervisor in the payroll department for many years.
Doris is survived by her son James Csovelak and his wife Jill of Forks Twp., Pa., her loving grandchildren, Marissa Csovelak and Lucas Csovelak and his wife Abbie. She is also survived by her extended family and dearest friends, Ann Luzzetti and Robert Kressly. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Cora Hans, Bill Gibbs and Florence Molnar.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, Fbruary 28, 2017 from 10AM to 11AM in The Finegan Funeral Home, 924 2nd Ave. Alpha, NJ. A service will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 11AM in the funeral home. Entombment will follow in St. Mary Mausoleum, Alpha, NJ.
