ARCADIA, LA - A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Strange Methodist Church, Readhimer, LA, at 11:00 a.m. for Tommy Hilburn "Honk" Toms, 85, of Saline, LA. Rev. Stuart Toms will be officiating. Aulds Funeral Home is in charge.
Honk was born April 19, 1931 in Ashland, LA and died February 15, 2017. At the time of his death, he was a resident of Willow Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation in Arcadia, LA. He is preceded in death by his wife, Florene Weaver Toms; parents Hilburn Gordon Toms and Maurine Corbitt Toms; sister Glenda Toms; sons Gary Wayne Toms and Hugh Gordon Toms.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughters Donna Toms and Debra Toms Pellegrin; grandson Ryan Pellegrin and wife Jill; great-grandchildren Emma Camille Pellegrin and Tommy Allen Pellegrin; grandson Spencer Pellegrin and wife, Charissa; great-grandchildren Garrett Wade Pellegrin and Marin Elisabeth Pellegrin; granddaughter Nicole Pellegrin Brogger and husband Nicholas Brogger; great-grandchildren Emily Florene Brogger and Josephine Mary Brogger.
