James Edward Baggott, 77, passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at his home.
Born on June 29, 1939, in Aiken, SC he was the son of the late Furman Baggott and Ida Chatham. He was of the Baptist faith and was a floor installer.
He is survived by his daughters: Rita Baggott and Bonnie Gillespie; brother: Lamar Baggott; sisters: Cathy Taylor and Joanne Smith (Wes); grandchildren: Justin Baggott, Hunter Gillespie, and Bell Gillespie; adopted grandkids: CJ Hickey, Marie Hickey, JC Taylor, Beth Taylor, Taylor Hickey, Bentley Turner, Dallas Moore, and Mia Taylor.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers: AJ Baggott, Ted Bowman, and Jackie Bowman; and brother-in-law: Jimmy Taylor.
