Services of Remembrance for Mr. Glover will be conducted at 2 P.M. Sunday, February 19, 2017 at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville with Bro. Rickey Burns, pastor of the Williston Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery at Williston. A visitation for Mr. Glover will be from 12 noon until 2 P.M. Sunday, February 19, 2017 at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville. Arrangements will be provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center – Main Chapel of Somerville.
Mr. Glover was born September 24, 1943 in Fayette County, Tennessee. He received his education at the Tech High School in Memphis, Tennessee. He was employed by Holiday Inn Woodcraft for 25 years. He retired from Pittco in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Glover loved the New York Yankees and enjoyed fishing and gardening, but his passion was going to flea markets.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Thompson Glover; his father, Albert Glover, Sr.; his daughter, Diane Glover Rowe and her husband, Ron Rowe; his grandparents, James and Clara McQueen; and his brothers, David Laughter and Dale Glover.
