Vivian E. Clifton, 82, of Culpeper, died Tuesday, Sept. 12, 1989, at the Culpeper Health Care Center. Wife of the late Raymond D. Clifton, she is survived by one son; one granddaughter and one great-grandson. Friends may call from 7 to 9 tonight at Mouncastle Funeral Home Woodbridge, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, with burial in the Tacey Cemetery.
