In addition to the children listed below, they were parents of Jane Calfee, b. 1859/60 and d. 29 October, 1891. She was a "housekeeper."
In the 1880 census, McDowell Co., WV, there is listed a John Calfee, "gospel preacher," born about 1815 in Virginia, living with William Bruster or Brewster family in big Creek District. His brother, Wilson Davis Calfee, and his sister, Esther Calfee, were both buried in the Calfee Cemetery, Green Valley, Mercer Co., WV.
